Our hand-cut steaks, made from our very own recipes, are created by experienced individuals who've called Fat City home for many years: Donna (15 yrs), Shane (15 yrs), Jason (10 yrs), Diane (10 yrs) & Paul (9 yrs).

Certified Angus, hand cut in house, tender and flavorful filet wrapped in crispy bacon and cooked to order. Available in 6 or 10 oz cuts and served with a your choice of side, fresh salad and warm bread.
